Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes. Discounts for longer rentals include:
- 3+ days – 5% off
- 7+ days – 10% off
- 15+ days – 15% off
- 30+ days – 20% off
Weekly Special: Rent 6 days, get the 7th day free

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 7.38% sales tax applies to all rentals. Fees and discounts are applied at the time of booking.

Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
First 5 miles over: $0.25 per mile
Beyond 5 miles: $0.35 per mile
What are your standard business hours?
7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, daily
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
CPR Rentals does not typically provide delivery but may consider it with advance notice and agreement.
Within 25 miles: $50 one way for rentals under a week; free for rentals of a week or longer
Over 25 miles: Case-by-case basis
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Standard pick-up and return times are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes. Custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and agreed to by CPR Rentals.

Young Driver Fee: $200 (approval required)
Prepaid Gas Option: $55

No additional services are offered at this time.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
$25 per additional driver.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc.).
Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes.
All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device.
Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets during the rental.
CPR may not receive toll bills for 30–60 days. Once received, renters must review and pay promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We deliver every vehicle clean and ready to drive. Cleaning fees apply when vehicles are returned excessively dirty:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, bug debris, minor odors, small spills)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (stains, strong odors, extensive dirt/bug debris)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing due to major damage)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250 (when multiple conditions apply)
Beach Trips – $250 (sand/sunscreen requiring a full detail)
Extremely Dirty – $200
Filthy – $300+
🐶 Please keep your pets at home — rentals must remain fur-free.
🚭 No smoking of any kind. Covering odors with sprays will not work — if detected, the $200 fee applies.
